BAR CLIP STD (complete)
Secured to the transom / hip/starter bars and used to hold down the Aluminium top caps.
BAR CAP CLIP MOULDING
moulding that sits under the the bar clip washer and wireform to make the complete unit
BAR CAP WIREFORM CLIP
wireform that sits under the the bar clip washer and when sprung, locates in to a aluminium top cap
BAR CAP CLIP WASHER
The washer is located on to the top of the moulding and is secured by the M5 x 20mm counter sunk screw.
M5 X 20MM COUNTER SUNK SCREW
This screw is used to secure the washer and wireform to the plastic moulding forming the complete unit
M5 SQUARE NUT
This nut is located underneath the clip. Using the M5 x 20 counter sunk screw, these will hold the standard clip together.
BAR CLIP VALLEY
Secured to the valley bars and used to hold down the Aluminium top caps.
VALLEY BAR CLIP WASHER
The washer is located on to the top of the moulding and is secured by the M5 x 20mm counter sunk screw.

25MM GLAZING END PROFILE
These will be powder coated Aluminium in a standard colour of GREY as these will not be seen when using the cornice product. These will be for both 25mm and 35mm glazing.
25MM MUNTIN MILL & GREY
The Muntin top section will be Aluminium only (bottom plastic) and sealed using an MS polymer sealant such as rotobond 2000. These again will be GREY as standard to ensure it blends in to the roof.
GUTTERBOND - CURRENTLY GREY UNTIL STOCKS ARE REPLENISHED

Used to secure the weathering seal to the apex (glass and bars) of the roof to ensure a weather tight seal
GLAZING BAR END CAPS
These will be powder coated (plastic only) in a standard colour of GREY as these will not be seen when using the cornice product.
