RADIUS END ADAPTOR BUTTON
Once the internal radius covers have been attached this secures them in place (as a standard rose would but without the plastic threaded rod)

This is located under the half ridge die cast end. This comes with a template which is used to aid the cut down to allow fitment. These are specific to each job.

This is attached to the base of the internal radius assembly and is viewed as a standard internal rad cover

NYLON THREADED BAR
Used to secure the BLRE full internal radius assemble to the die cast end
THERMAL PACKING TRIM - UZONE BOX GUTTER
this is situated below the half ridge. The undercladding is seated into this item which in turn is clipped into the undercarriage plate
